Helping to lift others is part of our DNA, and a vital part of who we are individually and collectively. We have a duty and responsibility to our community and are honored to serve. It’s a source of pride for our team members. We wanted to share some of what Marcy and Jenny have been up to as they continue to show up and give back to causes that are meaningful to them.
Lewis & Clark SHRM
“I’ve been involved with Lewis & Clark SHRM since 2014 as an active board member. I’ve held multiple roles including Membership Chair, President-Elect, and President. I align with this organization/SHRM Chapter because it is small, welcoming, informative and it makes a big impact not only for the HR professionals in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren County but also in our broader community. The chapter is involved in a lot of volunteer efforts and the board is a highly functioning board that works hard to serve its members.”

STL Rethinks Talent
“As a charter member of STL Rethinks Talent, the mission and purpose align strongly with the vision I see for our great STL community. That is to help attract and retain talented professionals in our region. I’ve spent my career in talent acquisition working with many impressive STL-based companies in search of top talent. Helping inform and elevate our community business talent and retention strategies will only make our community stronger. Together we are stronger!

Chron’s & Colitis Foundation
“Warren (my son) was diagnosed with Chron’s disease 9 years ago (wow I haven’t counted back in awhile!), and this organization was and continues to be critical to me as a caregiver and him as an IBD patient. We turn to the foundation for information, progress toward cures, support and Camp Oasis. Our family raises money every year for the Take Steps event.
We used to raise money and walk, now we raise money and volunteer. Warren, Elaine (my daughter) and I worked the dedication ribbon station where those walking grabbed a ribbon indicating if they were a patient, caregiver or supporter, and then wrote who they walked for on said ribbon.
