Contract & Contract to Hire Employees
Balancing the need to hire immediately with the need to hire the right resources can be a difficult proposition. When there is an overwhelming need to hire a full time employee, our contract-to-hire services may suit your circumstances. This option provides you the expertise you need in the short term while allowing you the freedom to evaluate our candidate’s fit over a number of months. Our contract-to-hire candidates are thoroughly screened and interviewed, ensuring a high-achieving employee with the right combination of skills and personality. Should you choose to convert a payroll service contractor to a full-time employee, you will receive a discount on the full-time placement fee.

In these cases, we perform any required pre-employment screening and subsequent contractor and payroll management. The contractors are employees of ROI Search Partners for the duration of the assignment.
