Mark Grieman
Founder
Mark is the Founder of ROI Search Partners, He is involved with various non-profit and business organizations in St. Louis including St. Louis Area Foodbank, FOCUS St. Louis and the Human Resources Executives Network. Mark is a positive difference in people’s lives and an amazing connector of people in our community.
Mark holds an executive master’s degree in international business, and he focuses on helping clients successfully accomplish their business objectives through their people.
Marcy Whelan
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Marcy is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. She’s known for being positive, responsive, honest, and collaborative. Having experience from both the employer and agency perspectives, Marcy truly understands the dynamics of the industry. She takes time to thoroughly understand client and candidate needs. She cares about company culture, employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
Marcy has her master’s degree in business administration, and has served on the board in multiple capacities for Lewis and Clark Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Jenny Rogers
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Jenny is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with a diverse background in Accounting/Finance and Marketing. What she finds most fulfilling in her work is discovering the perfect match. Whether it’s witnessing candidates who weren’t actively seeking employment become enthusiastic about new opportunities or receiving glowing feedback from clients who are thrilled that we’ve found them; the one! Her intelligence and quick wit quickly endear her clients and candidates alike.
Jenny holds her bachelor’s degree in accounting and is passionate about building a diverse workforce and candidate experience. She is a member of the Society of Multicultural Professionals in HR.
Julie Whitehead
Talent Strategist
Julie, our Talent Strategist, focuses on innovative sourcing techniques and cultivates interest with passive
candidates to ensure the ideal fit for every role. For years, Julie has collaborated with clients and candidates to foster mutual success, finding joy from assisting others in achieving their career goals. Her sales and financial services recruiting experiences have given her a great foundation for finding the right candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Julie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and our clients describe her as collaborative, analytical and always up for a challenge!
Kristen Rogers
Operations Specialist
Kristen serves as our Operations Specialist overseeing Accounting and Finance for our organization, and managing payroll processing for our clients. (Have you heard about our payroll services?)
After working in the financial industry, Kristen joined our team and is known for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity and responsiveness. She is the face of our organization to our payrollees, and a trusted resource for our clients. Kristen holds her bachelor’s degree in accounting.
