Payrolling

As the need for flexibility and agility in the workplace continues to grow, managing contractors and payrolled workers has become a more complex challenge for many organizations. ROI Search Partners’ payroll service is suitable for clients who have found a resource directly, but prefer to engage them as a contractor. In these cases, we perform any required pre-employment screening and subsequent contractor and payroll management. The contractors are employees of ROI Search Partners for the duration of the assignment.
