MARK GRIEMAN, CEO

As CEO of ROI Search Partners and Partner at BreakthroughROI, Mark focuses on helping clients successfully accomplish their business objectives through their people - Executive and Leadership Recruiting, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness and Alignment of leaders and intact teams.

Mark is a business and community leader with creative and relentless problem solving abilities. He has represented the U.S. Peace Corps in Botswana, and has provided leadership in various civic and business organizations including:

He is a graduate of Amherst College, and holds an Executive Masters in International Business degree from St. Louis University. He and his wife, Sara Paynter, are proud parents of Kaitlin and Kennedy.

Marcy has over 12 years of recruiting and HR experience. Because of her prior work with another agency, coupled with significant time in Talent Acquisition with Citi, Edward Jones, Marcy has an exceptional view of both sides of the client/agency perspective. Marcy is passionate about her work and committed to her client’s successes. She is regarded by clients and team members as a highly organized, hard-working professional with the ability to develop and nurture critical internal and external relationships.
